We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Procurement to join the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) team. The candidate will preferably have specific recent experience in the development of renewable energy or gas projects across the United States. They will be expected to work with Brightmark’s business development team to oversee the development of projects from the early stages of diligence through construction start. Duties will include managing the team, allocating and prioritizing resources, performing site visits, securing discretionary permits and interconnection approvals, reviewing land rights and managing local project teams. The Operator is responsible for assisting the Refinery Manager/Supervisor with all production activities in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.  The operator assists with monitoring process operations, meeting plant safety, production, and environmental goals, maintaining records, communicating key information between shifts, and maintaining current, thorough, and usable operating procedures.

<li>Good communication skills, oral, and written  </li>
<li>Knowledge of process flows and controls  </li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours meaning swing shift, weekends, and holidays  </li>
<li>Ability to lift, connect, and disconnect heavy hoses  </li>
<li>Ability to climb stairs and ladders  </li>
<li>Certified in all production operator positions in both Liquid and Solids area.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Process Safety Management is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to effectively lead individuals and teams through professional, respect and focus on high standards</li>
<li>Ability to impact and influence results with personal interaction, guidance, and coaching.</li>

We are seeking a Team Solids Member to join the Plastics Operations team. The candidate is expected to support the team by processing plastic as it arrives at the facility. This includes unloading, sorting, and converting plastic into a pellet further processed in the plant.
<h2> Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the quality of plastic being processed</li>
<li>Be responsible for loading and unloading trucks in the shipping area</li>
<li>Accountable for maintaining a clean and safe workplace environment</li>
<li>Working on the plastic processing line, sorting, inspecting, and loading lines</li>
<li>Understand and follow operating procedures and safety policies</li>
</ul>
