Business Development:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models used to determine economic viability of waste to energy projects
  • Perform due diligence for the acquisition of waste to energy projects
  • Prepare periodic economic forecasts of monthly cash flow, net income and taxable income
  • Preparation of screening models for use by business development personnel
  • Provide business development support
  • Ad hoc financial analysis as requested


  • Participate in the execution of debt and equity financings for renewable waste to energy projects
  • Participate in the execution of corporate debt and equity financings, including a SPAC financing
  • Prepare corporate economic valuation models and forecasts
  • Participate in the negotiation of joint venture, key operational, project sales and lease financing agreements with key strategic parties
  • Coordinate due diligence and due diligence responses in connection with financings
  • Assist in the management of key financing relationships, including joint venture partners, gas marketers, investment bankers and lenders


  • 2+ years of experience proficiently creating and maintaining financial models in MS Excel
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as a teammate in a rapidly growing, diverse, and entrepreneurial business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field
  • Prior experience in modeling tax benefits and expenses from energy or waste to energy projects
  • MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the project financing of energy, waste to energy, or infrastructure projects is a plus
