Location: San Francisco 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate project meetings and track project progress 
  • Create and track project schedules and milestones 
  • Provide routine updates to accounting on cash flows with input from various teams 
  • Maintain detailed and organized files, documents and database management 
  • Participate in proposal, planning preparation and administration of new business 
  • Prepare purchase orders and work orders for projects 
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, tracking deliverables 
  • Compiling and preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and approvals 
  • Coordinate screening and pro forma financial model updates across functional groups 
  • Monitor and standardize Salesforce lead, opportunity, and project data entry and record-keeping 
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department Salesforce lead generation and campaigns 
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department procurement of marketing collateral pieces and promotional merchandise 
  • Coordinate Salesforce programming updates and team training as necessary 

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2-4 years relevant functional and/or energy industry experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project)
    Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail 
  • Basic project management skills 
  • Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills  
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning 
  • Empowered to solve problems with high level guidance and little detailed direction
