  • Provide full cycle accounts payable processing.
  • Perform daily processing of bills, including entry into database and monitor approvals.
  • Perform weekly check runs.
  • Perform annual Form 1099 reporting.
  • Maintain weekly AP Log for management and executive meetings.
  • Contribute to AP related month-end close, including accruals, prepaids and reconciliations.
  • Meet internal deadlines for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual activities.
  • Ensure all Accounts Payable accounts are reconciled and system reports are accurate.


  • Review all coding, including vendor bills, corporate credit cards and expense reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc clerical duties, including filing, shredding, post office mailings, etc.
  • Prepare schedules and supporting documentation as required to complete loan and contract compliance filings.
  • Maintain vendor files, including W-9 / W-8BEN, ACH and wire information.
  • Assist with special projects as requested and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows and changes.


  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance department. 
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or other business/finance related degree.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), with knowledge of advanced features such as pivot tables, look ups and macros.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat application, with knowledge of basic functions such as organize pages, comment, combine and protect.


  • Experience with multi-entity organization structures (similar to real estate industry) reporting and related accounting is preferred.
  • Experience with Great Plains and SAP Business One software a plus.
  • Experience with accounting for foreign entities is a plus.
